The programme for Real Estate, Construction and Building is for you who are interested in working on repairs and maintenance of real estate and buildings, both inside and outside. If you are interested in working with maintenance or ground work in park environments then this programme is also appropriate for you. You must like collaborating with other people and working with service since you will be working with other people.

This is what you learn on the programme

You will train and practise working on tasks within property maintenance and building. On the programme you will train how to run properties both inside and outside.

This may include repairs, the care of premises and painting. Outside this may involve ground works and the upkeep of green spaces.

You will learn how to use and care for different tools and equipment in the correct way.

On the programme you will train and practise working and speaking with others and providing people with good service.

Work environment (health & service) issues to ensure that you do not suffer workplace injuries in future and to ensure that you have good health in the workplace.
