Video: This video provides a brief description of the Creative Arts Programme (time: 4:37 min)
What you will learn in the Creative Arts Programme
In the Creative Arts Programme, you will learn to express yourself through your own form of aesthetic expression, such as art, dance, fashion design, music or theatre. You will also have the opportunity to present your productions in various ways. For example, you could perform on stage in the form of dance, theatre or concerts, present creations of visual art, film, music or other forms of media productions, or design clothes.
You will develop your knowledge of artistic forms of expression. You will learn about the creative process, from idea to finished product. You will work with creating, experiencing and interpreting art and culture.
You will also learn about people in the present, history, and the world from different perspectives.
I talked to my art teacher, because I enjoy art, painting and creating. She showed me the Arts Programme and what you do in it. I then looked into it, and it's the best choice I've made, I have to say. It's such a good mix between the theoretical and the aesthetic subjects. I didn't realise studying the arts was even possible. I still get everything I need to be able to continue on with my studies, while having fun. The arts is special programme, I would say.
